• Tours cannot be booked without a valid major credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express accepted).
• Indicate the total number of passengers in your party. The form will extend the total amount for your tour.
• All taxes and fees are included in the tour price. There are no additional or hidden charges.
• If paying with cash, the credit card number, expiration date, and the name (as it appears on the credit card) is required to hold your seats. Tour customers can pay the tour guide the cash amount at the time of pick-up.
  If paying by credit card, the credit card number, expiration date, and the name (as it appears on the credit card) is required to hold your seats. The credit card will NOT be charged until the day of your tour.

North Star Tour Cancellation Policies:

• Partial Refund with more than 24 hours prior to tour departure time
• 50% Refund 24 hours to 2 hours prior to tour departure time
• Refunds will be not given within 2 hours prior to scheduled tour departure time, Sorry No Exceptions!
• All Refunds, cancellations, and / or changes maybe subject to $10
  processing fee.
